What are mandalas?
After looking at some examples of mandalas, my 6th grade class told me that mandalas are repetitive designs. We can look at the simple shapes and lines that make up mandalas so that we can then start to create our own without getting overwhelmed by the intricacies of the patterns and design.
How do we start creating them?
Start in the center and work our way out.
